Tokyo Mew Mewby *Lentyrn

So I was reading my Tokyo Mew Mews about a month ago for the first time in . . . I dunno, five years? It was so nostalgic I had to draw the Mews! TMM was the first manga I bought and I was a total fangirl back in the day.

---BEFORE YOU START POINTING OUT THEIR OUTFITS--- I know these are not what they wear in the manga. While I was in my happy stupor rereading mangas of my n00b days, I couldn't help but think 'ya know, if I drew Tokyo Mew Mew' . . .
So I did. If I drew Tokyo Mew Mew, this is what they would look like, and this is what outfits they would wear. At the same time I did try to be reminiscent of their true costumes.

Actually, the above is a slight lie. If I drew Tokyo Mew Mew, there would be no Lettuce. I think she's a boring character. Also, there would be a whole lot more backstory in my TMM. The story would also probably revolve around Mint and Kish (not as a couple!)

But mostly no Lettuce.

Beautiful! The costumes are very original, and the style is great! I especially love Mint's buns! They actually look prettier that way. The picture gives me a...French feeling for some reason. XD
